Our Process For Simplicity, Efficiency, and Reliability:

As a small local business, we take into consideration a number of things prior to pricing out a client's estimate.

1. Fuel pricing and economic pressures.
2. Location & Drivetime.
3. Parking availability & ease of coming/going.
4. Obstacles & challenges while performing our services.
5. Customer communication requirements.
6. Duration & difficulty of services.
7. Equipment requirements.
8. Property layout and potential hazards.
9. Safety requirements.
10. Insurance requirements.

Consultation:

We first begin our consultation process with an email thread and we discuss the following:

a) Your property’s location, needs and requirements.
b) Your desired service package.
c) Your optimal day/timing of service.
d) Your questions & concerns.
e) Your payment options.

Your in person-consultation includes:

a) A walk-around meet and greet with Christian.
b) A discussion of your property needs and goals.
c) Any recommendations made by Christian.
d) A personalized estimate emailed to you outlining the parameters discussed.

Pricing:

Every property ranges in complexity and requirements and while we do have base rates for estimating purposes, we will tailor them to your specific needs.

Base Rates:

(Applies to Rural & Farm, Residential, Commercial & Parks/Rec)

1. Core Aeration, Overseeding & Fertilizing

Aeration $300 -$400 per acre mid April to mid May (Premium Lawn Seed recommended in addition for $500 per acre) followed by fertilizer high in nitrogen from mid May to mid June ($300 per acre)

Aeration $300-$400 per acre mid September to mid October (Premium Lawn Seed recommended in addition for $500 per acre) followed by fertilzer high in phosphorus and potassium from mid October to mid November ($300 per acre)

2. Seasonal Lawn Mowing (Weekly) - 10% off if pre-paid for Seasonal Contracts

• 5000 sq feet - 10,000 sq feet = $75 - $100 ($300-$400 Monthly)
• 10,000 sq feet - 20,000 sq feet = $100 - $125 ($400 - $500 Monthly)
• 0.5 acre - 1 acre = $125 - $175 ($500 - $700 Monthly)
• 1-5 acres = $125 - $175 per acre ($500 - $3500 Monthly)
• 6-10 acres = $100-$125 per acre flat rate  ($2400 - $5000 Monthly)

3. Spring and Fall Cleanup

$100 - $125 per hour

(Pressure Washing Services are the same rate as Spring and Fall Cleanup)
